I believe the case is either walnut or mahogany. More like mahogany but I cant be certain. It is a very fine looking clock. I believe this one is pretty uncommon. The 8 day movement does run very well

 

Lotcher Cuckoo Clock  EXCELLENT Condition Cosmetically!!  I have not had it hanging for over 10 years, so I am not sure how the inside is.  When I took down from old house, it worked just fine.  S
