Vintage veterinary thermometer in case. Case shows wear and the clip on the cap is rusted. Thermometer is glass and marked 6M1970 Ballo 5" H.D. Vet. Made in U.S.A. Thermometer is in great condition. C

 

This is either vintage or antique, not sure of the age of it, it came from the estate of a local Doctor who had a massive collection of medical items. The little box is wooden, 1 3/4" x 2 3/4" x 1 3/4

 

Everything on the unit seems to work well. The bubble is full of liquid and functioning. There is definitely finish wear, but for being as old as it is, the wear is relatively minor. All the adjustmen
