This is an old bread box. There is some rust indicated on the inside, but probably typical for the age. There are no rust holes and it is a solid piece. It measures 13" in Length x 11" in Height x 11"

 

Hard to find vintage biscuit box! Faded lettering with excellent color contrast and rugged good looks for a tasteful addition to any kitchen or pantry. Have not been able to establish a provenance but
