This helmet was my Father's. He used it in the deep mines in the Anthracite region in northeast Pennsylvaina. The lamp shown on the picture is not included with the sale of the helmet.

 

This is either vintage or antique, not sure of the age of it, it came from the estate of a local Doctor who had a massive collection of medical items. The little box is wooden, 1 3/4" x 2 3/4" x 1 3/4
