Vintage Waltham 23 jewel pocket watch. I think it is a railroad watch but not 100% sure Inside back cover it reads : Fortune 10K gold filled case made in Canada with the # 103122 The movement reads :

 

3 NICE POCKET WATCH CASES-ALL ARE NICKLE. ALL HAVE GOOD CRYSTALS. THE FIRST IS A 14 SIZE AND THE OTHER 2 ARE 16 SIZE. THE LARGE ONE IS MARKED BUREAU OF ORDNANCE.

 

This is a beautiful art deco design pocket watch. The second dial works as can be seen by the first two pictures. There is a small flaw in the #2 digit on the front and a small chip in the plating on
