Let me begin by saying I am really not an expert on clocks, but, to me this looks like a beautiful Waterbury mantle clock in excellent working condition with no damage to the gilt metal, face of clock

 

Clock chains as follows;  3 chains each  60 inches long, 33 links per foot  -  2 chains each 71 inches long, 46 links per foot   - 4 chains each 71 inches long, 43 links per foot.  -  2 chains
