This is a gorgeous antique fancy ornate Victorian bangle bracelet. It is an oval shape and measures approx. 2.5" X 2.25". The initial is "M", but sort of hard to detect because of all of the details.

 

Hefty deco era 7" by 1/4" double etched link bracelet, 12K gold filled - 17 grams. The coiled charm is 1", gold plated (3-grams) I believe (unmarked) with brilliant glass garnet and turquoise stones.
