Watch is not running and is sold for repair. The watch will not wind and the balence will not keep moving. When the balence is moved the second hand does move though. The crystal and face are in good

This Hamilton pocket watch is 16s 21 jewel and dated 1918. It works fine now but has not been serviced and is being sold as is. The case is very nice, issues are a .25" shallow ding, a bit of plating
