Soong Ching-ling (27 January 1893 – 29 May 1981), also known as Madame Sun Yat-sen, was one of the three Soong sisters—who, along with their husbands, were amongst China's most significant political figures of the early 20th century. She was the Vice Chairman of the People's Republic of China. She was the first non-royal woman to officially become head of state of China, acting as Co-Chairman of the Republic from 1968 until 1972. She again became head of state in 1981, briefly before her death, as the Honorary President of the People's Republic of China.

Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-Tung is a book of selected statements from speeches and writings by Mao Zedong, the former leader of Chinese Communist Party, published from 1964 to about 1976 and widely distributed during the Cultural Revolution. The most popular versions were printed in small sizes that could be easily carried and were bound in bright red covers, becoming commonly known in the West as The Little Red Book. It is among the books with the largest number printed in history.

Comrade Mao Tse-tung is the greatest Marxist-Leninist of our era. He has inherited, defended and developed Marxism-Leninism with genius, creatively and comprehensively, and has brought it to a higher and completely new stage.
Mao Tse-tung's thought is Marxism-Leninism of the era in which imperialism is heading for total collapse and socialism is advancing to world-wide victory. It is a powerful ideological weapon for opposing imperialism and for opposing revisionism and dogmatism. Mao Tse-tung's thought is the guiding principle for all the work of the Party, the army and the country.

Therefore, the most fundamental task in our Party's political and ideological work is at all times to hold high the great red banner of Mao Tse-tung's thought, to arm the minds of the people throughout the country with it and to persist in using it to command every field of activity. The broad masses of the workers, peasants and soldiers and the broad ranks of the revolutionary cadres and the intellectuals should really master Mao Tse-tung's thought; they should all study Chairman Mao's writings, follow his teachings, act according to his instructions and be his good fighters. ...

Shredded Money US Currency Gag Gift Stocking Stuffer

4" x 3" poly bag

About the shredded money:

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) destroys currency notes that are found to be imperfect during the printing process. The BEP packages small bags of shredded currency from the destroyed new currency, and sells these bags as mementos to visitors at the BEP's Washington , DC and Fort Worth , TX Visitor Centers.

The Federal Reserve System destroys worn currency notes at some of its various banks located throughout the country. Shredded currency is available only from certain Federal Reserve Banks. They sell it only under contract to buyers who will purchase the entire residue for at least a one year period. It is not readily available for distribution or for sale in small quantities to individuals because of operational difficulties and excessive administrative work for Federal Reserve Banks.

The Treasury Department approves the use of shredded currency in certain circumstances. One permitted use is recycling it (mixing it with other materials) to form a useful manufactured product such as roofing shingles or insulation. In addition, the shredded currency may be placed in firmly sealed containers as novelty items like pens, ornaments and jewelry. However, the Treasury will allow companies or other parties to sell the shredded currency in its original form or where it is readily not recoverable.

The U.S. Treasury Department oversees that old and worn out or mutilated bills are destroyed. This process accounts for every note. The movie is fun, but the situation that is presented would have about a 0% chance of being done in real life. These notes are to say the least highly scrutinized from the moment they arrive at the various institutions until they are shredded or otherwise destroyed. ...

History about Royal Hong Kong Police

The Hong Kong Police has been serving Hong Kong since shortly after the island was established as a colony in 1841. On 30 April 1841, 12 weeks after the British landed in Hong Kong, Captain Charles Elliot established a police force in the new colony. The first chief of police was Captain William Caine, who also served as the Chief Magistrate.[7]
The 1950s saw the commencement of Hong Kong's 40 year rise to global eminence, during which time the Hong Kong Police tackled many issues that have challenged Hong Kong's stability. Between 1949 and 1989, Hong Kong experienced several huge waves of immigration from mainland China, most notably 1958-62. In the 1970s/80s large numbers of Vietnamese 'boat people' arrived in Hong Kong, posing challenges first for marine police, secondly for officers who manned the dozens of camps in the territory and lastly for those who had to repatriate them. The force was granted the Royal Charter in 1969 for their handling of the Hong Kong 1967 riots — renaming them: the Royal Hong Kong Police Force.

About this watch:
On 1 July 1997 Hong Kong was handed over to the People's Republic of China by the United Kingdom. The Royal Hong Kong Police was renamed.

This colonial Royal Hong Kong Police Sport watch has a temperature and compass.

About:

Measuring approximately 6 inches tall, the Transformers Mighty Muggs feature a heavily stylized aesthetic and basic articulation. Transformers Mighty Muggs Exclusive Wave: ROTF Optimus Prime is colored in red, blue and silver. Originally, Mighty Muggs Optimus Prime ruled Cybertron alongside Mighty Muggs Megatron, although after Megatron revealed his maniacal scheme to yoke the power of the Allspark for himself, Optimus rallied a group of Cybertronian noncombatants into an unfortunately ineffective Mighty Muggs militia. In the aftermath of the destructive battle on Mighty Muggs Earth, Prime now strives to restore some of the damage wrought by the Decepticons. More recently Optimus has upgraded and refined his sensor array, and has trained with Might Muggs Ironhide to heighten his ability to track Decepticon adversaries.
