Here are two antique German bisque doll heads from the early 20th century. They measure 6 1/2" from forehead to bottom of neck socket and 4 3/4" from the top of the back to the bottom of the neck sock

 

This doll belonged to my mother and was purchased in England around 1930. She is in good condition and is charming. She is made of velvet and stands about 17" tall.
