his doll measures a little over 11" high. He was made by Norah Wellings around 1930. His head is composition with painted features, and his body, hands and feet are stuffed. His hat has on it, Holland

 

The face on this lady doll is stunning!Lovely face, fine bisque, socket head with no problems. Blue glass eyes. Long black hair. jeweled ears. Pretty features. BUT, the body & limbs are not at all
