This is an amazing antique Italian ceramic doll lady. The lines and color are beautiful! She has a very fancy signature that I cannot quite make out. Perhaps you recognize it? she has some TLC issues.

 

This is for an antique china head doll that I believe to be German, there is a # 1 embossed on the back of her neck. She has a painted face with pink luster cheeks. Her head is loose on the cloth/leat
