This is a 2013 Sam Adams 26.2 beer tap handle. This beer is only made for Boston Marathon events and for bars along the marathon route. It is 10 inches in length.

 

I obtained these from a Carton and United rep about 40 plus years ago. They have never been used the condition reflects this.
