his doll measures a little over 11" high. He was made by Norah Wellings around 1930. His head is composition with painted features, and his body, hands and feet are stuffed. His hat has on it, Holland

 

Originally purchased by my grandmother in 1914, the head was replaced in late 1980's by the DARLING company in Germany. Picture included of original parts. Eyes open and close.
