This is a special Ruth Gibbs pink china penny doll from the 1940's. She has painted brown hair topped with a white wool felt hat tied with off-white satin ribbon bow at the chin. Her beautifully paint

 

This is a porcelain head and hands vintage clown approximately 23 inches tall. there are no feet.comes with full clothing including jacket and tie. I do not find serial numbers or markings anywhere as

 

Arms need to be sewn back in place. NO chips or cracks. Marked on back U.S.A. German Type I cannot read the rest. I see one little stain on the back of the leg. Small stain. 9" to heal. I assume it is
