This is a Eastlake Brass door Bell Handle.  Great condition. Extra nice!  4 1/8" Tall x 2 3/4" Wide.  Total handle length is 5".  

 

There are four complete sets here, including all the screws. Three of the handles or locking and one is a non-locking handle.
