Says Germany. I believe this 2 inch baby came with a wicker crib.The arms are off but i can see through the socket area where they can be re-attached.. It has been handled.

 

This pair of arms are in very good condition and they are about two and three quarters inches long.  They will work for a bisque headed doll who has a kid or cloth body.   Thanks for looking.  .  

 

This bisque doll head is in excellent condition. It has non-moving glass eyes set in from the inside. The back of the head is impressed with- 23- FRANCE- SFBJ- 251- PARIS- 12. I don't see any damage,
