Awesome nautical theme shade from the 50's on a very simple fixture. The triple socket cluster is somewhat new so it's good to go. No damage to the shade. 12 1/2" wide and just 6" long.

 

Heavy duty, original screws with thru bolts. Good condition, normal wear for it's age. From bottom of knocker to top of plate about 6" long.
