This auction is for a fantastic documented Black Forest cuckoo clock. This EXACT clock was photographed in the 1980's and subsequently selected to be published in the standard work, Black Forest Clock

 

REALLY ELEGANT WOODEN BOX WITH "UNITED STATES NAVY" SEAL IN SIDE AND A QUARTZ CLOCK. THE BOX IS EXTREMELY SMOOTH AND SHINY; RED-TONED WOOD. IT IS ALSO VERY HEAVY. THE CLOCK WORKS; REQUIRES AA BATTERY.

 

This is a used pendulum for modern grandfather clock , for parts or repair use. Size approx. 39-3/4 x 6-1/2 bob was a pendulum for a Ridgeway Grandfather Clock that had a Hermle movement ,See pictures
