I have these beautiful antique sterling silver salt and pepper shakers. One of them DOES NOT have a BASE. The one without the base measures 4 3/16 the other one with the base is 4 15/16. do to how old

 

im sure this must be a frare old silver pen, it is hallmarked as seen, one end is propelling pencil although looks like it needs repair as it doesnt work, end looks blocked with polish or similar, the
