In great condition, no missing or damaged stones. It is signed but I don't know who made it. It measures 2 5/8" long and 1 /12" wide.

 

Beautiful vintage, blue rhinestone and silvertone metal, starburst, pin brooch. It came in a lot of jewellery mostly dating from the 1980s and 1990s. I think it dates from the late 1980s, early 1990s.
