The cover was cracked so I took it off, I will include it with the screws. Other than that it spins and has needle included, just needs a little bit of love...

 

In excellent working condition, cosmetically it is good, but on the top there look to be some tape residue spots, looks like someone may have chipped a little of the brown paint when trying to remove
