This is a Waterford creamer approx. 3" tall. There is one tiny place on the bottom that looks like a chip, but it is not rough, so don't know. The Waterford mark is at the base of the handle.

 

Description: Vintage marigold yellow cream and sugar bowl with lid. No chips or cracks. Any dark spots are shadows. The items are in excellent condition with minor wear on base (see photo). Condition:

 

Just beautiful! No chips, cracks or crazing. Hand painted over transfer. Yellow birds, canaries, and pink flowers. Cup stands 2" tall. Mouth of cup is 4" across.
