This is an old one! Just look at those gorgeous tiles. It appears to be intact, and is uncleaned, just as I received it. This pendant has no signature on back, but I would have to imagine it was made

 

Wonderful Art Deco piece. Enamelled and carved glass. Looks to be brass with rhodium plating. Enameling in good condition. Chain has small area of wear. Please check pictures. Measures 16" in length.
