This is an old ship board crank phone. I know nothing about it's condition other than the blast proof housing is in great shape. Sold as-is.

 

Not a clue as to how many of these were originally made, but I have not seen more than a couple in the last ten years. Called a Mute-A-Phone made by the Pelouze Manufacturing Company out of Chicago. Â
