As found see pictures,needs cleaned up,doesn't run I think it just needs cleans ,will run a little when moved around ,no key.

 

Westclox Sceptor Needs cleaning/service, Winds fine Staff is fine not missing parts. Starts ticking but stops until agitated or shaken.
