This is a Running Elgin 0 size 354 grade 15 jewel pocket watch. There is no crystal and I have not checked it for accuracy. It is also missing a hand and there is a hairline in the dial. See photos. P

 

For Parts etc. This old swiss watch has a broken balance, no hands or crystal, fair dial. But the case is Silver. Myabe you can use parts or restore. No Reserve!!!!!
