Up for auction is a "Mint condition 14K solid Gold J.G. Graves Sheffield fancy dial hunter pocket watch. weight is 25.20 grams and the case is stamped 14K and the watch has passed an acid test for 14K

 

This is a very old Systeme Roskopf pocket watch, has a pin lever escapement, Swiss made, case is chrome, needs cleaning, balance assembly is OK, doesn't run. 1 and 3/4 inches in dia.

I know nothing about this watch other than it is an estate find. The movement falls out of the case, the case is marked Illinois Elgin smells like sterling silver and is tarnished like sterling. Cryst
