General wear with no breaks or repairs, small chips to the paint, and it does not have a back cover. There are some cuts to the cord insulation and light rust to the metal parts. It measures 6 1/2" x

 

From several lots of tubes previously purchased, here are three tested type JAN-CHS-5933 tubes made by Sylvania; one is a JAN-CHS-5933WA. These tubes test good on a Hickok 530 dynamic tube tester.
