These unused glass buttons are white with green painted designs. They have single drilled holes for attachment. They are mounted on the original 2 3/4" by 2" card, which is marked "nouveaute de paris"

 

This item is untested, the foot petal is missing. I thought it was a neat item, bought it at a tag sale to resell. If you have any questions I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for looking
