A nice old celluloid tape measure probably German. It is in good shape with s splits at the bottom that really does not show when displayed (see photo). It also does take some persuasion to retract it

 

Vintage, 3/4 inch diameter, 1 piece concave Japanese Hand Enameled Button of a flying Swan, very well executed and in very good condition. Button is slightly cupped and also has some hand chisel work.

 

I'm not completely convinced this is a sewing kit. It is part of my late aunt's estate and measures 6" x 4". It is made by Cross and has a snap closure. Inside are two sections. One has sewing needle
