This is a fine solid silver antique whistle, bearing the hallmarks for Birmingham, 1893 and the makers mark "C.C" for Colen Hewer Cheshire? The whistle is engraved around the top with the owners name

 

The longest dimention is about 5.85" or just under 15cm. I only have postal scales so can only say it's ABOUT 50g in weight. The dish is very dirty, has pierced work & embossed art nouveau flowers

I am not really sure what this little cup is. It is part of an estate sale buy. It has been tested using the silver acid.
