This is a very nice condition Parker 51 fountain pen and pencil set in a dark teal or turquoise color and with gold ( 1/10 of 12 K) filled caps. I know little to nothing about these pens/pencils so pl

 

Both pen and pencil are complete and in good condition with no cracks etc. in the plastic. The nib is good. The plastic is a light brown color. Both clips are tight. The caps are brushed silver color.
