I think this old hat block is kind of unusual, at least I haven’t found another one anywhere. It is marked M.A. CUMING & CO., N.Y., with the name VAGABOND, and the number 21 ½ on both pieces. T

This hat block came out of an old hat shop in Detroit. I was told looks to be late 1800"s to early 1900's. The patina is nice, has some stress fractures due to age, other than that it is a nice piece!
