Wheel is cast brass or perhaps bronze. Spokes are brass in the center and thread into the main wheel. The shaft and center screw are brass. The gear drive assembly is steel.

 

Two portholes. All parts are present. Glass is not chipped or cracked. One wing nut that opens the porthole. The rubber gasket is in good condition and seals tight. Measures 12' in diameter.
