Four old KS8028 brass locks---- only one brass key which opens the 4 locks---un-used shape --- made for exterior phone boxes.

 

I don't know if it works anymore. It was our house phone from like 1988-1990 and I remember it working about 4 years ago when I plugged it in. Current house has no landline so no know if workie. Sure
