This safety lamp was my fathers.He worked at Helen Mine local 1619 district 2 umwa.In Homer city Area/Graceton Coral Area of Indiana County Pa 15748.He said he was issued this lamp in 1979/1980.It is

This is for an old surveyor's transit made by Keuffel & Esser Co. It has the serial number 233726 on the tag. I don't really know anything about this piece but the optics seem to be really good. I
