Ginny 71/2" 1950's original doll clothes. Good used condition. Original Vogue tags on dress. Dress and patching pants plus hat.

 

Vintage lot of 23 doll plastic cloths hangers 4 colors, all in great condition. Ones like these were used for Ginny size dolls. 3" across.

 

I have done lots of research and am not an expert but I believe this may be a 19" Mary Hoyer doll. The face looks very much like the Gigi doll. There is no identifying mark on the back of the neck. I
