This is a small vintage piece it is 3/4 in. tall and the underside has a Blue stone (Turquoise?) mounted, there is no hallmarks to tell its artist Silversmith or age but has tested at solid Sterling S

You are looking at an english vintage barometer that is approximately 15" tall, Circa 1913. The stand is fashioned from a Worsted Bobbin Flange thread spool from the Calder Valley Mills in Manchester
