This is an antique wooden case / lid / cover, from a sewing machine. It is in great condition. It still has the original handle on top. It measures 19-3/4" long, 10-3/4" tall not including the handle,

 

Nice acorn style needle waxer ~ measures approx. 3/4" long x 1 1/4" wide. In good, "as found" condition. This is just one of many sewing items just acquired from an estate collection. I have not touch
