I have an old Lafayette Model HE-30 receiver. Selling as is. When plugged in light does come on. It is missing three of the plastic legs on the bottom, one screw on the side and has a stain on the top

 

Variable from an AM radio, probably the late 1920s. It is 3-1/4" x 3 1/4" x 2 1/4" H, with the original knob. The plates are close spaced, so it probably exceeds 500 pF. It could use a good cleaning.
