This is a vintage, unused, in original packaging, Debbie J Palmer refillable purse atomizer complete with funnel (unopened in package). This is 18kt YG plated on brass which gives the piece some weigh

 

It measures 4” long. It has the screw off cap on end. We find no marks, but it looks like silver or has silver content. Acquired with other estate jewelry.
