This is a nice old brass post office box door from the early 1900's. It is the number 2 size, measuring 5 1/2 inches by 6 1/4 inches. The face of the door has a highly embossed flying eagle with rays

 

Used Red Hereford Bull Bank, has some small paint chips. Plug in bottom is still intact. Made of ceramic. Stands 8" high. Is 5 1/2 ' wide and 14" long. Please look at the pictures and ask any question
