This auction is for a vintage Tricky Trapeze Toy of small bear. I believe that this toy was released as a promotional item by the Fast Food Chain in France called Flunch. It stands approx 5.25 inches

 

Missing just one pen, and paper, includes are wheels and racks, 16-page full color booklet, thyere is some ink residue in some of the wheels, 2 oF 3 pen tops look a bit melted,(pens do not work), 3 gr
