I am going to guess that this quilt is as old as beginning to mid 20th century. The third and fourth photos give a most accurate color. The size is for a double bed with long over hang on three sides.

 

There are 14 dresses with the hats and umberllas and one dress with out any of the extra pieces.The dresses are 9" in length so I am guessing these are fore a 14 - 16 inch blocks. They are all hand se
