I am not familiar with what period these might be from. I do know that they appear to be originals judging from the dresser they were taken from and the rust on the finish. a magnet sticks to all area

 

I am a little stumped as to what this item is!! It looks to be quite old, with wooden wheels. I purchased it at a Wisconsin farm auction. My own idea is that it would be used as a folding, hotel style
