This is handmade bronze boat hook end--no pole. It was made by an older man on Cape Cod, I bought it from him in 1970 and it was old then. It looks handmade but it has all the appearances of old world

 

The wheel is in very good condition; NOT coated in glossy varnish. The wheel itself is 23" in diameter. The handles are an additional 4.25".
