I purchased this tube just a few days ago as I went through a process of trying out different tubes in my microphone. I left the tube in my microphone for about 36 hours with the power on to "burn in"

 

I think I got these out of TVs though I might be wrong. I have a third like this with a transformer mounted to it. Wires were cut off the terminals and will have to be desoldered.
