Excellent condition. Only a couple small scratches on wet shiny barrel. I looked it over pretty good and don't see any cracks, chipped threads and Plunger works but I am not going to speak to mechanic

 

This is my last one of these rare mechanical pencils. It is advertising Wapello Dairies in Iowa (I think). Says reach for the polka-dot carton. The top of the pencil looks like a polka-dot milk carton
