This is a really good quality with all the decoration being hand painted. I'm not sure if the faces are stone or clay or what but they are all hand carved. I'm not sure of the origin and I'm suprised

This is a very pretty micro mosaic pin from the Victorian era or later. Pin is composed of many small pieces of cut glass also called "tessarae". Glass mosaic pieces are set in a brass or base metal.
